  1. To schedule pick-up and delivery of garments, customer shall make the order online at dirkdadhobi.com or call +91 7760983976
  2. Customers are requested to examine the clothes while accepting a delivery, we cannot be held liable for damage after the delivery has been completed.
  3. We use machines that are tested for the best industry standards and only the best in class Johnson and Diversey detergents. We cannot be held responsible for how the clothes react while being processed. Therefore, we are not liable for colour fastness, previous damage worsening, running of colour or shrinkage of the fabric that takes place during the process.
  4. Every effort is made to remove stains. However, tough stains or stains that are old and ironed upon are generally permanent and do not come off. The customer shall not have any rights to claim deduction in charges, as the effort has been made to the best of our ability.
  5. We take the utmost care while processing delicate garments. However, we cannot be held responsible for any ornaments or jewellery fittings on the garments, being damaged or lost.
  6. Practically it is not always possible to note cuts, holes, scratches, stains, etc. at the time of pick-up. If such defects become apparent during the washing process, the remarks of the factory in-charge will be final and legally binding on the customer.
  7. Every effort is made to deliver clothes on time, however due to certain unforeseen circumstances, if the delivery gets delayed the customer is not entitled to any compensation or reduction in charges. The decision to compensate a delayed delivery will be at the sole discretion of the company.
  8. We accept no liability for any loss or damage of the clothes arising out of fire, burglary etc. beyond our conduct or any other similar unforeseen causes.
  9. We reserve the right of approval of garments/ fabrics that can be processed. If we find garments that may be defective, damaged or prone to wear and tear, we reserve the right to refuse processing the same.
  10. The tariff for designer wear or garments with excessive design/embroidery will be decided from case to case basis depending on the complexity of the garment, which will be communicated back to the customer after examining at our facility, depending on the care to be taken.
  11. We will undertake the process of designer wear based on the recommendation/ suggestion given by the designer, provided our backend supports it.
  12. In case of in-process damage, compensation shall be limited to 10 times the process charges only.
  13. Government taxes shall be extra, as applicable, this currently includes Service Tax of 14 per cent and a Swachh Bharat Cess of 0.5 per cent.
  14. Re-processing or claims for compensation in case of damaged garment will be entertained only with the reference tag and corresponding bill.
  15. If the bill value is less than Rs.250 or the number of garments is less than 10, a service fee of Rs. 50 will be applicable.
  16. All terms and conditions are mentioned under the registration form duly accepted by the customer, shall be applicable.
  17. Complaints/ claims in case of damaged garment shall be entertained within a period of 3 days from the delivery of such garment. Complaints/ claims after 3 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted and will be dealt with at the discretion of ODHC.
  18. OnDemand Home Care Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions from time to time without any prior notice.
  19. All disputes are subject to Bengaluru jurisdiction only.
